Zach acts as an Advisor to Catalyst providing support with deal origination and relationship management.

Zach is also Managing Director of The Herbers Agency, a firm he founded in 2024 with a mission to provide reliable in-market support and representation services for organizations looking to develop new opportunities in Vietnam.

Prior to launching The Herbers Agency, Zach served as Executive Director of the Canadian Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam from 2022 - 2024, where he developed an extensive network and deep understanding of Vietnam’s business environment across a variety of sectors, and as Strategic Advisor to the Mayor of Strathcona County, Alberta, Canada, from 2017 - 2022.

Zach holders a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from MacEwan University in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.
